For retailers and larger orders we have trade discount rates that are applied in the shopping cart: 30% discount is applied for orders of between 3 and 5 books; 40% discount for between 6 and 11 books; 50% discount for 12 or more books.
Pickup: To save on shipping costs we encourage buyers to collect orders in person. Currently pickup is available in Los Angeles and Auckland: enter PICKUP-LA or PICKUP-AK as the promo code during checkout. Pickup in Los Angeles is from: Unit 3, 621 Ruberta Ave, Glendale (please email to arrange a time). Pickup in Auckland is from: Coastal Signs, 90 Anzac Ave, Tāmaki Makaurau CBD (Wednesday-Friday, 11am-5pm and Saturday, 11am-3pm).
Payment: Secure payments are made using PayPal Express Checkout and it is not necessary to have a Paypal account! We can also take payments via bank deposit. If you would prefer to make payment in this way please email us with the details of your order and shipping address. We will generate an invoice, and upon payment, ship your order.
Shipping: Rates will be calculated during the checkout process, and are determined by destination and weight. We are currently despatching all orders via USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail International, with the exception of orders within New Zealand, and to Australia, Palestine, South Sudan, Somalia, Bolivia, Falkland Islands, which will be delivered via NZPost.
In the case of pre-purchasing, your order will be shipped as soon as it is available to us.
Returns: We are unable to provide refunds on items purchased. However, we are able to accept returns in the rare occurrence that an item becomes damaged in transit. In such cases, the buyer must contact June 20th via email within 5 business days of the items delivery. If a return is then agreed upon, the buyer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back and do so within 5 business days of this agreement (or 13 business days if the order has been shipped internationally). Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during check out. No refund will be given in these cases.
